Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of People Advisors across the Americas, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
- Oversee daily People Operations activities, ensuring service excellence, process compliance, and timely resolution of employee and manager inquiries.
- Partner with People Partners, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to deliver seamless employee experiences and resolve complex HR matters.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, self-service adoption, and data-driven decision making.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, job changes, employee relations, and offboarding, while championing a customer-centric approach.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Operations, with 2+ years leading and developing teams.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, preferably within logistics, warehousing, transportation, or other operational environments.
- Experience working in multinational, matrix organizations and familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills, with a strong focus on employee and customer experience.
- Analytical, results-oriented, and adaptable professional with expertise in continuous improvement, change management, planning, and problem solving.
- Availability to travel and regularly visit warehouses and depots in Cuautitlán to support pre-onboarding activities, workforce initiatives, onboarding programs, and other People Operations priorities.
