Key duties

  • Gather feedback from young people to help improve our services.
  • Work alongside staff to create a safe, inclusive and supportive environment.
  • Attend training, supervision and development opportunities.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures, maintain confidentiality and uphold appropriate professional boundaries.

About you

We’re looking for a friendly, approachable and reliable young person who is passionate about supporting others. You’ll be patient, understanding and able to communicate with other young people in a supportive and non-judgemental way.

You’ll understand the importance of confidentiality, safeguarding and maintaining appropriate boundaries. You’ll be comfortable asking for support when you need it, while also being able to use your initiative when appropriate.
