• 例行性薪資發放作業及年度例行事項 / Execute regular payroll processing and annual payroll-related activities.
• 人事行政作業（包括但不限於人員基本資料維護、報到離職作業、勞健保作業、考勤追蹤異動等） / Administer HR operations, including employee data maintenance, onboarding and offboarding processes, labor and health insurance administration, and attendance management.
• 人力資源系統資料維護 (Workday系統、104系統)  / Maintain data accuracy and integrity within HR systems, including Workday and 104 Job Bank.
• 人力資源系統優化相關專案  / Support HRIS enhancement, optimization, and implementation projects.
• 其他主管交辦事項  / Carry out other tasks and projects assigned by management.
