The Opportunity

As a Payer Dev, Git & ML-Ops Engineer, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients in the Health Services sector to drive modernization initiatives within our Operations Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. You will navigate complex situations, using your critical thinking to anticipate client needs and deliver quality outcomes.

In this role, you will be part of our Payer Modernization team, focusing on developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that align with client objectives. You will have the opportunity to deepen your technical skills and grow your personal brand within the firm. By embracing ambiguity and utilizing a broad range of methodologies, you will contribute to the delivery of impactful client solutions. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can expand your professional skills and make a significant impact on client engagements.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex operational challenges to develop innovative solutions for client engagements
- Managing and optimizing operations processes to enhance business performance and efficiency
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to drive data-informed decision-making
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand and address their operational needs and objectives
- Implementing quality standards and operational excellence practices to improve service delivery models
- Supporting business transformation initiatives through effective change management strategies
- Conducting market research to inform operations strategy and planning
- Collaborating with teams to foster creativity and embrace change in operational processes
- Developing and maintaining operational support frameworks to streamline service delivery
- Applying management consulting techniques to guide clients through payer modernization efforts

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Operations Strategy
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business transformation initiatives
- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and communication within health services

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
