What are you going to do?

As Patient Support Specialist:

• You are the first point of contact for ostomates in the Benelux

• You assess the need for assistance and provide personalised and appropriate product advice

• You guide patients with empathy, expertise and confidence

• You work closely with Sales, nurses and other internal departments

• You carefully record customer contacts in the CRM system

• You contribute to achieving team objectives within Customer Service

You will be working in a closely team of three colleagues, where independence, responsibility and cooperation are key.

What do you bring to the role?

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level

• Affinity with healthcare, patient contact and/or medical supplies

• Excellent command of the Dutch language

• French is an advantage (or willingness to learn it – training will be provided)

• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• An accurate, service-oriented and analytical work attitude

• You preferably live in the Utrecht region

• Location: Utrecht region (hybrid) | 32–40 hours

  Wat ga je doen?

  Als Patient Support Specialist:

  • Ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor stomapatiënten in de Benelux
  • Inventariseer je de hulpvraag en geef je persoonlijk en passend productadvies
  • Begeleid je patiënten met empathie, deskundigheid en vertrouwen
  • Werk je nauw samen met Sales, verpleegkundigen en andere interne afdelingen
  • Leg je klantcontacten zorgvuldig vast in het CRM-systeem
  • Draag je bij aan het behalen van teamdoelstellingen binnen Customer Service

  Je werkt in een hecht team van drie collega’s, waarin zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerking centraal staan.

  Wat breng jij mee?

  • Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Affiniteit met zorg, patiëntencontact en/of medische hulpmiddelen
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
  • Frans is een pré (of bereidheid dit te leren – opleiding wordt aangeboden)
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office en CRM-systemen
  • Een nauwkeurige, servicegerichte en analytische werkhouding
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Utrecht
  • Locatie: Regio Utrecht (hybride) | 32–40 uur
