The Position

We are looking for a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) who is an empowered leader and the local face of Roche. She or he will partner closely with all stakeholders directly touching the patient journey (in a given therapeutic or disease area), gaining a deep understanding of their needs in order to connect Roche’s capabilities and co-create meaningful solutions to have a greater impact on the patient journey.

This role will be based in Târgu Mureș / Sibiu / Brașov.

Your Impact

• Brings the outside in: Focuses on working with partners to uncover all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients, faster.

• Brings the inside out: Delivers Roche’s expertise, science, and knowledge to the ecosystem.

• Acts as a trusted partner: Serves as the primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche; shares patient and stakeholder community needs internally, prioritizes and secures resources, and drives solutions that deliver outcomes faster.

• Partners with patient journey stakeholders: Removes roadblocks and unlocks possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community, while ensuring great experiences whenever ecosystem stakeholders engage with Roche employees, products, and services.

• Stewards Roche’s products: Oversees products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use, which includes sharing their merits with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in a truthful and balanced manner.

• System thinker: By overseeing the patient journey in its entirety, identifies shared purpose among stakeholders and leverages this to co-create solutions within the ecosystem.

Who You Are

• You hold a University degree (scientific, economic, or business field).

• You bring 3–7 years of experience in the neurology or immunology disease area, with a robust understanding of medical affairs strategies and tactics, including clinical research.

• You are customer-centric, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills (including partnering with TAEs and organizations).

• You have advanced interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

• You are able to work autonomously, solve problems, and make decisions.

• You are fluent in the Romanian language, with proficiency in English to collaborate internally.

• The ability to understand and leverage digital means and tools is desired.

• Business travel availability is required.

• Valid driver's license (Category B) is mandatory.
