Baystate Health is hiring Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) across multiple inpatient departments at Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, MA!

The Patient Care Technician Will:
- Provide compassionate patient care, assisting with daily activities, mobility, hygiene, and comfort.
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in patient condition.
- Assist with patient safety, treatments, procedures, and specimen collection.
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.
Make a meaningful difference every day. As a Patient Care Technician, you'll play an important role in supporting patients and the teams caring for them.
Schedule Details
- Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem
- Shift: Day Shift, primarily 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Hours: Vary by position
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- At least one year of patient care experience, including long-term care, specialty care, or acute care
- PCT training or CNA training
