Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.

About the Role

As a Pastry Commis, you will support the pastry kitchen team in delivering high-quality culinary experiences by assisting with preparation, production, and daily operations within your assigned section. Working closely with the Chef de Partie and senior chefs, you will contribute to maintaining consistency, precision, and excellence in every dish.

What You Will Do

• Support daily operations within your assigned pastry station
• Assist in preparing menu items and specials according to standards
• Complete mise en place and ensure proper station setup before service
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency and quality
• Communicate effectively with senior chefs regarding shortages or operational needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients after service
• Follow HACCP and hygiene standards at all times
• Support timely and efficient food service delivery
• Assist the team with additional tasks and kitchen operations as required

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a professional pastry kitchen
• Good understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
• Fluency in English
• Culinary or hospitality certification is an advantage
