The role:
We’re looking for an exceptional teammate to own how Open shows up with the brands, venues, and communities that share our values. You’ll identify and build partnerships that expand Open’s presence, putting us in front of the right audiences, in the right places. You’ll own the partnership pipeline end to end, from first outreach and signed deals through activation and the experience itself, creating collaborations that grow our audience, deepen our brand, and drive revenue. This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with our studio, content, operations, and growth teams.
Responsibilities:

Act as a tastemaker for Open, bringing a sharp point of view on culture, brands, talent, hospitality, wellness, and where we should show up next

Own the partnership pipeline end to end, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, contracting, activation, and renewal

Build and maintain Open’s ecosystem of brand, creator, community, venue, hospitality, and cultural partners, turning high-fit relationships into meaningful collaborations and long-term growth opportunities

Develop concepts, proposals, and pricing for sponsored classes, studio takeovers, private events, corporate wellness, and co-branded collaborations

Shape partner deliverables across social, content, and IRL, ensuring every activation feels additive to the Open brand

Lead creator and influencer collaborations from outreach and briefing through execution, reporting, and long-term relationship building

Grow Open’s corporate wellness business, creating new ways to bring the brand into workplaces

Serve as the day-to-day partner lead, keeping projects moving, expectations clear, and execution on time, on brand, and on budget

Turn big ideas into clear internal stories, helping leadership and cross-functional teams quickly understand the opportunity, value, and path forward

Measure what matters across revenue, reach, acquisition, member growth, and partner value, then use those learnings to make the next partnership stronger
What drives success for this role:

4+ years in partnerships, brand marketing, or business development ideally in wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, or events

An existing network across brands, agencies, and creators, and a track record of closing deals

Confident negotiator and clear writer; comfortable with proposals, pricing, and contract basics

Highly organized, able to run many conversations at once without dropping a thread

Genuine interest in mindfulness, music, and the power of shared experiences
