  • Develop business cases, research, benchmarking, and recommendations for new Partner programs and policies.
  • Support growth initiatives in partnership with Corporate Development and executive leadership.

Communications & Engagement

  • Support planning and execution of the Annual Partner Meeting.
  • Develop executive presentations for Boards, Management Committees, Business Unit leadership, and firmwide audiences.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze Partner demographic, financial, compensation, and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor Partner compensation relative to the firm's approved budget and financial performance, providing analyses and recommendations throughout the year.
  • Lead the year-end Partner compensation true-up process by analyzing firm financial results, calculating compensation adjustments, and preparing executive and Board reporting to support final compensation decisions.
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support Partner Affairs initiatives and executive decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent executive-level experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in professional services, partnership governance, executive operations, strategy, finance, or related functions.
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams and Boards.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, financial, and business planning skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience managing highly confidential matters with sound judgment and integrity.
