We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative / Site Administrator with strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to join our team. This role plays a key part in coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring new employees are properly trained, badged, drug tested, and ready to work at the client site. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent task management skills, and be a self-starter.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation, including reviewing plant expectations, safety information, and general onboarding materials
- Schedule and coordinate drug testing for new hires
- Escort new hires into and through the client facility, and walk them through site entry procedures
- Help familiarize new hires with the plant layout and how the site operates so they're prepared to work
- Coordinate badging and safety orientation requirements with the client site
- Manage and maintain client files and records
- Create and manage spreadsheets and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office
- Schedule appointments and meetings for clients and staff
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Attend client sites as required
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Strong administrative and organizational skills

Comfortable working on-site at a manufacturing or plant environment
