Department: Sheriff

Grade: 099NM

Salary: $20.60/hour

Job Duties:

· Reviews and proofs various documents and journal for accuracy and completeness.

· Prepares and files various reports according to the appropriates schedules.

· Prepares and mails bills, correspondence, and other department communications on assigned schedules or as requested.

· Processes mail for the assigned department.

· Faxes, scans, and mails requested information.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent required.

· One year of experience in an office, business or a related field

· Must possess/maintain appropriate certifications for assigned department

· Depending on the needs of the assigned department, certification as a Notary Clerk may be required.

· Must submit to and pass pre-employment background and drug screen.

Schedule Options:

· Five Days: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.

· Four Days: Monday, Tuesday and Friday, plus Wednesday or Thursday, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.
