About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to provide substantive legal support across litigation, corporate, and compliance matters.
This is more than an administrative legal support role. You’ll work closely with attorneys on:
- Legal research and analysis
- Legal drafting and document preparation
- Litigation and discovery support
- Case and deadline management
- Corporate documentation
- Compliance and regulatory matters
- E-discovery and document review
The ideal candidate has strong legal research and writing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple legal matters and deadlines simultaneously.

What You’ll Own
Legal Drafting & Documentation
- Draft and revise contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence under attorney supervision.
- Prepare corporate governance documents, including resolutions, minutes, and entity filings.
- Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy, formatting, consistency, and completeness.
- Assist with contract reviews and summarize key terms, obligations, deadlines, and potential risks.
- Maintain accurate versions and organized records of legal documents.
Legal Research & Analysis
Conduct legal research using:
- Westlaw
- LexisNexis
- Government databases
- Other legal research platforms
Research:
- Statutes
- Regulations
- Case law
- Court rules
- Compliance requirements
Prepare concise research summaries and legal memos that allow attorneys to quickly understand relevant findings and apply them to active matters.
Litigation & Case Management
- Track litigation calendars, discovery deadlines, hearings, filing dates, and other critical milestones.
- Maintain organized case files and matter documentation.
- Prepare and organize exhibits, evidence files, deposition summaries, and trial binders.
- Assist with hearing, mediation, arbitration, deposition, and trial preparation.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on outstanding legal tasks.
- Ensure attorneys have the necessary documentation and materials ahead of key deadlines.
Discovery & E-Discovery Support
- Assist with discovery requests, responses, and document productions.
- Review and organize documents for litigation matters.
- Support e-discovery workflows and large-scale document review projects.
- Maintain accurate production records and version control.
- Help ensure discovery obligations and deadlines are met.
Experience with platforms such as the following is valuable:
- Relativity
- iManage
- Clio
- Similar legal document and case management systems
Corporate & Compliance Support
- Prepare and maintain corporate governance and entity documentation.
- Support regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
- Assist with policy updates, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain records related to applicable frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, or industry-specific requirements.
- Keep legal and compliance documentation organized and audit-ready.
Client & Attorney Coordination
- Communicate professionally with clients to request records, documents, and required information.
- Provide appropriate matter updates under attorney direction.
- Coordinate with attorneys to prioritize deadlines and deliverables.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and action items.
- Support multiple attorneys or legal matters simultaneously when required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all communications and records.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of professional paralegal experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate.
- Strong legal research experience using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or equivalent legal research platforms.
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Experience supporting discovery and document production processes.
- Familiarity with legal case or document management systems such as:
- Clio
- Relativity
- iManage
- Similar platforms
- Strong legal writing, proofreading, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong deadline and calendar management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and document accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities.
