Key Responsibilities: Transfer / NPI color management: requesting colors from partner companies, requesting color recipes, engineering support for testing and testing recipes, sending out color tubes, approving colors, documenting and tracking color approvals, approving and sampling color requests Designer contact regarding sampling/innovations Handling color and design complaints communication with paint suppliers Paintline process mapping, optimization, and development Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions Training of operators Support production teams in solving technical issues and process deviations Failure analysis with Quality Maintenance coordination TPM development Implement continuous improvement projects (cost reduction, efficiency increase, waste reduction)
