The Position

The Global Digital Hub has been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

The Paid Media Expert is responsible for supporting and partnering with our Business Partners to execute the paid media strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche online presence. This role acts as a primary operational bridge, managing end-to-end campaign coordination and directing external agency partners to ensure flawless workflow execution, strict adherence to timelines, and optimal performance. Beyond day-to-day coordination, the role brings deep expertise in all aspects of paid campaign management across diverse channels and platforms.

The Opportunity:

• Drive and execute high-impact, multi-channel paid media strategies across Roche’s global digital presence.

• Act as a trusted strategic consultant to global business partners and social leads, identifying unmet marketing needs, recommending targeted campaign tactics, and optimizing content and landing pages.

• Lead end-to-end budget management and performance tracking across enterprise platforms, establishing key KPIs, measuring campaign effectiveness, and continually optimizing bid prices, keyword strategies, ad copy, and cost-per-conversion metrics.

• Establish process governance principles within the Global Digital Hub as a center of excellence, ensuring streamlined cross-functional workflows between global, regional, and local affiliate teams.

• Build internal capabilities by providing in-depth specialist knowledge, coaching colleagues to develop their digital expertise, and managing relationships with key agency partners and senior stakeholders.

Who you are:

• You are a seasoned digital marketing professional with a relevant BSc or MSc degree, bringing 5 - 7 years of specialized experience in paid campaign management delivering multi-faceted, global channel strategies.

• You are a platform expert with hands-on technical experience publishing, optimizing, and managing large-scale campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics.

• You are a strategic, consultative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset who excels at interpreting complex data analytics to extract trends, refine targeting strategies, and make data-driven decisions.

• You are an exceptional communicator fluent in English who possesses strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing cross-border stakeholder relationships, guiding agency partners, and engaging effectively with senior leadership.

• You are an energetic, detail-oriented, and adaptable project manager who thrives in a fast-paced global environment, efficiently managing tight deadlines, complex operational tasks, and shifting digital trends.

Salary starts from 2800 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
