As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role requires managing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless operation. The individual dedicates time to establishing platform standards that promote system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain solution integrity and adaptability is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the technology evolves in line with organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong knowledge of configuration management and integration techniques within packaged or software as a service environments.
- Experience in managing release cycles and deployment processes to maintain system reliability.
- Ability to define and enforce platform standards that ensure performance and compliance with vendor constraints.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse technical and business stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
