In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of configuration and integration processes within packaged or SaaS environments.
- Experience in setting platform standards to ensure system stability and performance.
- Ability to manage release cycles and coordinate deployments effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
