Job mission

As Project Manager, you will lead the major cross functional project to support the operation in the P&D TW Delivery organization. The goal is to realize major project- / program deliverables by growing the capabilities of the organization and delivering performance improvements. You contribute to creating a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You lead projects / programs to accelerate our transformation and focus on impact, leveraging lean tools, boosting shop floor engagement and developing leadership. You are part of the P&D TW Delivery Staff member reporting to the Head of Delivery TW and work with the Warehousing, Transport Material,  SERV demand fulfillment and Operational Excellence Team to ensure that the performance impact & maturity ambitions are realized and best practices are implemented and embedded in a learning organization.

Job Description

Project & Program Management

• Lead strategic projects and transformation programs across P&D Taiwan Planning & Delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Establish governance structures and drive effective stakeholder communication.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve expected business outcomes.

Business Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on warehouse operations, transport material management, and service parts fulfillment.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Facilitate process mapping, root-cause analysis, and value stream improvement activities.
• Support digitalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
• Drive standardization and implementation of best practices across Taiwan operations.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, operational managers, engineers, planners, and global stakeholders.
• Align project priorities with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Build strong relationships across departments to foster collaboration and organizational alignment.
• Communicate project status, achievements, risks, and mitigation plans to management teams.

Change Management

• Lead organizational change initiatives associated with new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and user adoption throughout project execution.
• Develop communication and training plans to support successful implementation.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Performance Management

• Define and monitor project KPIs and operational performance indicators.
• Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
• Quantify business benefits and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.
• Drive maturity growth in project management and operational excellence capabilities.

Experience:

• 10 to 15 years in Operations, supply chain and/or industrialization.

• Demonstrated job-related knowledge and/or managerial experience
• Operational (hands-on) experience in operations, logistics, supply chain
• Experience in the semiconductor industry and/or in the high tech equipment industry
• Proven track record in leading process improvements

• Experienced in Change Management
• Experienced with business interventions, that result in shifted perspectives in performance opportunities and/or leadership engagement 
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
