Key Position Details:

• Monday - Friday daytime hours, hybrid schedule optional
• Will receive supervision hours 
• Support and preparation for independent licensure and practice

Job Description:

• Provide outpatient individual therapy for patients through age 64
• See approximately 28 patients per week
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
• Complete crisis interventions and safety assessments
• Coordinate care for new and established patients
• Receive weekly group and individual supervision

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work

Licenses/Certifications

• Licensed Graduate Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required and successful progress towards independent licensure
• Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below:
  ◦ Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  ◦ Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
  ◦ Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)
