Über diese Outbound Sales Executive Stelle bei Capitex
This is a phone-first, outbound sales position. Your main responsibility will be to start conversations with prospective customers through cold calling, understand their challenges, explain the value of Fabrik and develop qualified sales opportunities.
You will take ownership of prospecting and follow-up, from identifying the right contact through to arranging discovery calls and arranging meetings. You will work with the founder and product specialists on technical questions, proposals and more complex commercial discussions.
This role suits someone who enjoys proactively winning business, is comfortable picking up the phone and can remain organised and positive when prospects are busy or not yet ready to buy. It is not an inbound customer service or purely administrative role.

· Resilience and persistence, including confidence handling rejection and objections professionally.
· Good organisation, reliable follow-up and attention to detail when recording customer information.
· Confidence using a CRM, email, online meeting tools and basic spreadsheets.
· Ability to work independently, take ownership of agreed goals and respond constructively to feedback.
