By being part of our teams, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 in a hybrid way from Bucharest office.

This is a fixed-term contract for a period of two years.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Responsible for collecting based on agreed upon criteria with client;

• Responsible for calling, emailing, & making payment arrangements with customers;

• Liaise with customers on a timely basis, execute collection activities, reconcile and track daily/monthly AR balance accounts with customer records;

• Communicate effectively with customers on a timely basis and provide excellent customer service regarding collection issues, discrepancies, and short payments;

• Collaborate with various internal business functions such as Billing, Credit Team and Cash Application teams and external customers to resolve receivable issues and to achieve common goals and objectives;

• Escalate unresolved issues to management timely and follow through issues until final resolution;

• Perform detailed account reconciliation to identify and facilitate resolution of disputed receivables;

• Meet monthly collection targets;

• Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service / deliverables to the client.

Skills that make your work successful:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in managing collections payments and related activities; ︈

• You have a minimum of B2 English language skills;

• Ability to manage teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive process improvements;

• Strong ability to convey financial information clearly to senior leadership;

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately;

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; able to work across all levels and functions;

• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing conditions;

• Ability to proactively identify risk, perform sensitivity analysis and drive risk mitigation;

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of rational decision-making and problem-solving;

• Excel knowledge necessary(V Look Up, pivot tables, etc.), ERP systems (SAP);
