This position serves as the primary operational point of contact for order processing and customer communications. The role manages the end-to-end order lifecycle from receipt through delivery, including order creation, status updates, documentation, and issue resolution to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle from order receipt through delivery, invoicing, and payment, ensuring on-time fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer forecasts and demand changes, supporting aligned supply planning and reliable order execution.
• Coordinate order-, inventory-, and shipment-related activities while serving as a key liaison between customers and internal functions, including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Operations.
• Manage customs clearance in coordination with customs brokers and forwarders, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely release of shipments.
• Monitor order progress and delivery commitments, proactively resolving issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
• Track customer opportunities, service requests, and complaints, driving ongoing enhancements to the customer experience.
• Maintain SAP-based order and operational data, providing KPI reporting and insights to drive order management efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Prepare and analyze customer service, sales, and operational reports.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Order Management/Fulfillment, Sales Operations, Customer Support, or related functions.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent platforms).
• Hands-on experience in import/export customs clearance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data reporting skills, including advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Korean and English.

Preferred

• Work experience in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

• Understanding of demand planning and forecast management processes.
