The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for processing sales orders and managing customer interactions throughout the entire order lifecycle. Acting as the primary point of contact, this role ensures accurate order entry, timely follow-ups, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The specialist manages inquiries, connects with internal teams, and maintains clear communication to ensure accuracy, timely resolution, and service excellence.

This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is part of the LATAM Operations located in São Paulo and will be an on-site role. 

What you will do:

• Enter, process, and manage sales orders accurately and on time in CRM Salesforce/ERP systems
• Manage the full order lifecycle, including order confirmations, changes, returns, and cancellations
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, pricing, and product information, resolving inquiries and discrepancies
• Manage with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment
• Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery, meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs)

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related area
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order management and LATAM market
• Experience with order entry, order lifecycle management, customer data entry, customers’ requests and cases simultaneously
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), CRM Salesforce and Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel English at fluent level and Spanish at intermediary level (verbal and written)
