- Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately enter, validate, and process customer orders within the ERP system.
- Review orders to ensure accuracy of product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery information prior to processing.
- Manage and monitor the complete order lifecycle, from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.
- Process order amendments, cancellations, returns, and special customer requests in a timely manner.
- Track shipment status and proactively follow up on delayed, pending, or outstanding deliveries.
- Communicate order updates and delivery information to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on order status, backorders, shipment performance, and service levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve order management processes, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics Operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
