As an Oracle SCM Functional-Maintenance & Manufacturing - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Advisory Acceleration Centre, which extends PwC's global delivery capabilities. You will be responsible for providing premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability in support of client engagements. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level to drive project success. You will leverage your skills and industry knowledge to deliver quality results and provide strategic input into the firm's business strategies.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Oracle practice, where you will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. You will have the autonomy to make decisions and take action to resolve issues, contributing to the overall success of the firm. Responsibilities

- Leading strategic planning and execution of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiatives to enhance client support and operational processes
- Managing large-scale projects focused on Oracle Manufacturing Cloud and Oracle Enterprise Asset Management to drive process improvement and cost efficiency
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle PeopleSoft Maintenance Management to optimize supply chain performance and transformation
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies and systems to streamline operations and reduce lead times
- Coordinating supply chain analysis and consulting efforts to deliver data-driven insights and support decision-making
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and address complex supply chain challenges
- Guiding teams in the use of Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Oracle Logistics for effective inventory and warehouse management
- Promoting operational excellence through innovative solutions and continuous improvement in supply chain processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 14 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Manufacturing Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite
- Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic supply chain transformation
- Leading complex supply chain consulting projects with a focus on operational excellence
- Innovating processes through Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Excelling in demand forecasting and inventory management strategies
