As an Oracle PMO - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our business application consulting team, specializing in consulting services for various business applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across Oracle applications to deliver impactful solutions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality work. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing business acumen, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading Oracle consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing Oracle software solutions
- Providing training and support for effective utilization of Oracle applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of Oracle-based initiatives
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to address business challenges
- Promoting innovative technologies and leading practices in Oracle consulting
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within Oracle application frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for process standardization and improvement
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and professional growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive business model development
- Implementing technology solutions for enterprise integration projects
- Excelling in project architecture and project budgeting
