As an Oracle HCM Technical - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization, including installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support Oracle software solutions effectively
- Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products to optimize operational efficiency
- Developing and maintaining Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher solutions
- Utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance business transformation and process optimization
- Providing training and support to clients for the effective use of Oracle technologies
- Collaborating with teams to develop strategic technology plans and address complex business challenges
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct
- Building meaningful client connections and navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions

What You Must Have

- HCM Extract, HDL, Fast Formula, OIC/ HCM APIs

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4.5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains, HCM Extract, HDL, OIC, Fast Formula
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) for innovative solutions
- Developing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher reports for strategic insights
- Embracing change and adapting to dynamic client needs
- Demonstrating analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
