Über diese Oracle Fusion SCM Inventory Architect Stelle bei CACI
The Opportunity:
The Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) program is a mission-critical SaaS transformation initiative modernizing the U.S. Marine Corps' supply chain and inventory management operations through Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. Accurate, real-time inventory visibility is foundational to Marine Corps readiness — ensuring the right parts, equipment, and supplies are available when and where warfighters need them.
CACI is seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM Inventory Architect to lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Inventory Management in support of GCSS-MC. This role requires an architect-level expert who can design scalable inventory solutions spanning multi-org structures, warehouse operations, lot/serial control, and inventory transaction management. You will architect the backbone of supply chain visibility that enables the Marine Corps to track, move, and account for critical assets with precision across a complex, global logistics footprint.
Responsibilities:
• Architect Oracle Fusion Inventory Management solutions: organization structures, sub-inventories, locators, and item master configurations
• Design lot/serial control, cycle counting, and physical inventory strategies aligned with USMC accountability requirements
• Lead solution design sessions with USMC supply chain stakeholders to translate inventory and warehouse operations requirements into Fusion configurations
• Architect inventory transaction workflows (receipts, issues, transfers, intercompany transactions) and material status controls
• Design integration architecture between Procurement, Cost Management, Maintenance, and Supply Demand Planning modules
• Oversee data conversion strategy (FBDI/HDL) for item master, on-hand balances, and inventory transaction history
• Build OTBI/BI Publisher reporting for inventory accuracy, aging, and stock-level KPIs
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across inventory functional/technical teams
• Support SIT/UAT testing cycles and resolve complex inventory configuration defects
• Document inventory architecture, data flows, and system design decisions in alignment with DoD supply chain standards
Qualifications:
Required:
• Oracle Fusion SCM/Inventory certification
• 7+ years of Oracle Fusion SCM Inventory experience, with demonstrated architect-level solution design
• Deep expertise in multi-org inventory structures, lot/serial control, and cycle counting
• Hands-on experience with FBDI/HDL data conversion
• Must be eligible to pass a T3 background investigation
• U.S. Citizenship required
Desired:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Active Secret clearance strongly preferred
• Prior experience with federal/DoD supply chain or logistics ERP systems (e.g., GCSS-MC, GCSS-Army)
• Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher
• Experience integrating RFID, barcode scanning, or warehouse mobility solutions with Fusion Inventory
