Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Architects and business stakeholders to translate target-state product hierarchies, catalog structures, and commercial offerings into Oracle Fusion Product Hub solutions.
- Design and govern Product Master Data processes, including product onboarding, enrichment, maintenance, lifecycle management, and retirement.
- Define item classes, catalog hierarchies, classifications, attribute frameworks, and governance processes to support business and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Pricing, Billing, Revenue Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end alignment of product and pricing data.
- Support the design and implementation of pricing structures, price books, product bundles, commercial packages, and related product master data requirements.
- Lead requirements gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design sessions, CRPs, UAT, deployment planning, and post-go-live support activities.
- Establish master data quality standards, stewardship processes, controls, and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Drive business process standardization, automation opportunities, and adoption of Oracle Fusion best practices.
Technical Responsibilities
- Lead the solution design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Product Hub to support evolving business and product requirements.
- Define data models, product structures, attribute governance frameworks, and product publishing strategies across enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Integration teams to define interfaces between Product Hub, ORMB, Pricing, ERP, CRM, CPQ, and other downstream systems.
- Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and other Oracle integration technologies.
- Drive data migration, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and conversion activities associated with product master transformation initiatives.
- Establish controls for data synchronization, monitoring, exception management, and auditability across the product data ecosystem.
- Review and approve functional designs, technical specifications, integration mappings, and solution architecture artifacts.
- Support reporting and analytics requirements related to product master data and pricing using OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Hub SME and trusted advisor across business and technology teams.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to functional consultants, analysts, and project team members.
- Partner with program leadership to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities related to product data and pricing transformation.
- Drive governance and best practices to ensure successful delivery and long-term sustainability of Product Hub capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of Oracle Applications experience with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Product Hub and Product Master Data Management.
- Proven experience designing and implementing product master data solutions, including item structures, catalogs, classifications, attributes, and governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of product hierarchy management, product lifecycle management, and master data governance.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives involving ORMB, Billing, ERP, Revenue Management, Pricing, or Subscription Management.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Pricing, including product-pricing relationships, price books, pricing rules, and commercial offerings.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, data migration, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) implementations.
- Experience integrating Product Hub with Oracle ERP, CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, Pricing, and Billing platforms.
- Oracle Fusion Product Hub certification preferred.
- Experience in Telecom, Healthcare, Utilities, Technology, Subscription-Based Services, or other product-intensive industries.
- Experience establishing enterprise-wide data governance and master data management frameworks.
