As an Oracle Fusion Finance Associate you will support client-facing work within our Business Application Consulting practice, focusing on Oracle Financials processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, configuration, implementation, and maintenance. As an Associate you will contribute to project tasks, build your knowledge through varied client and team experiences, and develop the curiosity, adaptability, and reliability needed to deliver quality work in a fast-paced setting.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will help gather information, learn from senior team members, apply a learning mindset, and use Oracle Finance tools to support operational efficiency and client needs. You will also take ownership of assigned work, communicate clearly, and develop your professional brand while growing within a team that values diverse perspectives and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

- Supporting Oracle Fusion Finance configuration and maintenance across core financial processes
- Assisting in implementation tasks for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and record to report activities
- Gathering client requirements and translating them into functional system configuration inputs
- Performing functional testing, issue tracking, and data validation during project delivery
- Analyzing finance process gaps and helping document improvement opportunities within Oracle Financials
- Preparing user support materials and assisting with system demonstrations and training activities
- Reviewing financial transactions and reporting outputs to identify discrepancies and data issues
- Collaborating across project teams to contribute to finance transformation and process improvement work

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for Accounting, Finance, Economics, or MIS studies
- Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle ERP Finance Cloud certification
- Exposure to Oracle Financials, General Ledger, or Receivables
- Familiarity with Record to Report and Procure to Pay
- Demonstrating curiosity, adaptability, and client support in fast-paced settings
