As an Oracle Finance - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training for seamless integration of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will utilize and manage Oracle's suite of software and technologies, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage your skills to deliver value in client service engagements, focusing on relationship building and managing others. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support Oracle software solutions effectively
- Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products
- Developing and maintaining Oracle-based applications to optimize business processes
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration of Oracle technologies
- Utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and generate innovative solutions
- Interpreting data to inform strategic technology planning and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Building meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- Navigating complex Oracle ERP environments with strategic technology planning
- Utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for business transformation projects
