As an Oracle Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization, including installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables, while effectively mentoring others and addressing conflicts or issues.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of Oracle software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs to develop and configure Oracle applications for seamless integration
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of Oracle technology projects
- Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of Oracle applications
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance business processes
- Driving process improvement and optimization initiatives within Oracle technology projects
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and deliver quality client services
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address and resolve project challenges
- Promoting the adoption of innovative Oracle technologies and practices across client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
- Utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Embracing change and innovation in business transformation projects
- Excelling in analytical thinking and strategic questioning to identify opportunities
