About the Role

Essential Job Functions

• Lead all security design and implementation initiatives on the OCI platform
• Own identity management and access control strategy, including OCI IAM policies, compartments, identity domains, and federation
• Design and enforce Zero Trust architecture and policy across the cloud environment
• Architect and maintain Active Directory multi-site design and replication
• Implement and manage ADFS federation, claims-based authentication, SSO, and certificate management
• Administer OCI Bastion and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
• Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) for user and computer policy enforcement
• Deploy and operate OCI Cloud Guard for threat detection, security zones, and automated responders
• Manage OCI Vault for secrets management, encryption keys, and certificates
• Design Security Lists and NSG rules in collaboration with the Network Lead
• Harden systems in accordance with CIS Benchmarks and STIG compliance standards
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and manage audit logging

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
• Security expert with strong cybersecurity background
• Oracle Cloud (OCI) expert
• Experience with OCI IAM: policies, compartments, identity domains, federation
• Experience with Active Directory multi-site design and replication
• Experience with ADFS: federation, claims-based authentication, SSO, certificates
• Experience with OCI Bastion & Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO) for user and computer policies
• Experience with OCI Cloud Guard: threat detection, security zones, responders
• Experience with OCI Vault: secrets management, encryption keys, certificates
• Experience with Zero Trust policy design and enforcement
• Experience with Security Lists and NSG rule design
• Experience with hardening: CIS Benchmarks, STIG compliance
• Experience with vulnerability scanning and audit log management
