Reporting to the Oracle Business Architect, the Oracle EBS Business Analyst – Supply Chain & Manufacturing will be responsible for supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12 solutions, with a primary focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions.

While Brazil will be the primary area of responsibility, this role may also provide support to Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and the United States, based on business needs.

You will partner closely with business stakeholders, global IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements, resolve production issues, deliver system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of solutions, from diagnosis and functional design through testing, implementation, and user adoption.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Support Oracle EBS R12 solutions and business processes primarily across Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions, with Brazil as the main area of responsibility.
• Provide functional support to additional markets, including Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and the United States, as business needs arise.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and other business teams to understand processes, challenges, and system requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes and requirements, identify root causes, and translate business needs into practical Oracle functional solutions.
• Manage support and enhancement requests, providing user guidance and training or coordinating system fixes and enhancements as needed.
• Take end-to-end ownership of solutions, from functional design and configuration through technical-team coordination, testing, implementation, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and external consulting partners on system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and projects.
• Ensure Oracle solutions remain aligned with local business requirements and global standards.
• Support training, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives across supported functions and regions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst, Oracle Functional Analyst, or in a similar role supporting Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12, including system support, configuration, testing, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing business processes and their relationship with Oracle systems.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, production support, user guidance, and ownership of issues or enhancements through implementation.
• Fluent Portuguese and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both local and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience supporting Oracle solutions across multiple countries or within multinational environments.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain-intensive environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle support processes, including Service Requests and patches.
• Experience coordinating external consulting partners.
• Exposure to Oracle Financials, Order to Cash processes, or related system integrations.
• Exposure to AI, RPA, integrations, or automation tools.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
