About the Role:
As our Team Success Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in leading, coaching, and managing our Virtual Assistant team. In this position, you will focus on guiding team members to reach their fullest potential while fostering a collaborative, client-centric environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Virtual Assistants, fostering a positive, productive, and engaging work culture. You’ll ensure each team member understands their goals and has the resources they need to succeed.Offer tailored coaching to VAs based on their experience and industry needs. Regularly meet with each VA to discuss performance, set objectives, and provide actionable feedback for growth.Attend 2-3 in-person collaborative sessions per week with the core team to strategize, discuss team progress, and plan initiatives that promote continuous improvement in service delivery.Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions, addressing diverse client needs, and adapting to new sectors as required.Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure high standards are consistently met.Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, working to resolve client concerns, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to improve overall team efficiency.Encourage VAs to share insights and identify areas for personal and professional development. Develop initiatives that inspire ongoing learning and growth within the team.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching teams.Proven ability to guide and motivate team members, helping them achieve their goals and grow in their roles.Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, Gsuite, Asana), and managing teams across different time zones.Availability to participate in in-person meetings with the core team 2-3 times a week.Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.Environment & technology needed for the job:
