About the team

Financial Crime Advisory is PwC's regional centre of excellence for financial crime prevention. We support international clients, primarily financial institutions, through regulatory and technology advisory services focused on fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, corruption, and sanctions compliance. Our multicultural team is based mainly in Prague and works on projects across Europe and other regions.

Job description & summary

• Coordinate daily communication with colleagues, client teams, and business partners, primarily in German and English
• Manage active communication with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email
• Coordinate activities across multiple PwC teams and departments throughout the region
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors
• Maintain and update trackers, reports, databases, and support the resolution of IT-related issues
• Monitor open tasks and ensure their timely completion
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders and drive accountability for outstanding requests
• Track project statuses, identify risks, and escalate blockers when needed
• Provide administrative and operational support for international projects
• Drive process efficiency and help ensure smooth collaboration across teams
  

What matters to us

• Completed bachelor's degree
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher and English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience in project coordination, operations, business support, or administrative roles.
• Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
