This will be your impact

As an Operations Manager, you combine leadership, operational management and strategic insight. You will ensure that our teams receive the right support to deliver quality work and to provide professional guidance to our clients.

In concrete terms, this means that you:

• leads the team coordinators in the departments and supports them in their development as managers;
• Translate business objectives into clear operational plans, priorities and budgets that are clear to all teams across language borders.
• further optimize processes, collaborations and practices to enhance quality and efficiency in close collaboration with the business support manager;
• create an environment in which knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and innovation are self-evident;
• analyse operational results and provide management information that helps to make the right decisions;
• Maintains relationships with customers and partners and helps identify opportunities for further growth.

What you bring

You are an experienced manager who knows how to connect people, give direction and help organizations move forward. You combine strong analytical insight with a pragmatic approach and feel at home in a technical or consultancy environment.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

• een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische of ingenieursrichting;
• ruime ervaring in een leidinggevende functie waarbij je teams en managers hebt aangestuurd;
• inzicht in operationele processen, budgetbeheer en financiële resultaten;
• ervaring met het coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden;
• sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders samen te brengen;
• een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
• Kennis van bodem- of bouwgerelateerde diensten is een pluspunt. Minimaal is ervaring nodig in technische dienstverlening aan overheden en bedrijven.
