Manager – Operations/Sr. Operations
- Objective of the role:

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence and Quality Management
- Ensure all properties meet or exceed defined quality standards
- Implement and maintain effective property management systems
- Achieve target scores in internal and external audits
- Successfully manage transitions from project teams to operations & maintenance teams
- Proactively manage site operations and maintenance activities
- Effectively handle escalations
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular interaction and review sessions with clients
- Ensure timely sharing and review of Daily Management Reports (DMRs) and Monthly Management Reports (MMRs)
- Achieve high client satisfaction scores
3. Vendor Management
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and evaluations
- Ensure vendors meet quality and service level standards
4. Technology Implementation and Innovation
- Drive the implementation of IT tools and AI in day-to-day operations
- Support the rollout and implementation of SOPs, Preventive and Reactive Complaint Management Software, and other IT tools (e.g., KADence, CMO, FSI Go, etc.)
5. Compliance and Risk Management
- Assist in maintaining and renewing site-related Building Statutory Compliances
- Support administrative, compliance, and legal documentation requirements
- Ensure timely completion of snagging and de-snagging verification assignments
6. Financial Performance
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of invoices to clients
- Track payments from clients and maintain strict DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Monitor and control payroll inputs and related allocation queries
7. Team Management and Development
- Actively involve and engage with the site team
- Monitor people platforms (e.g., Workday) for team management
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for planned service reviews and audits
8. Business Development Support
- Provide support on visits for BD queries
- Contribute inputs for BD proposals as required
9. Contract Management
- Track site agreements and initiate necessary renewal processes
- Ensure timely communication with the team regarding contract renewals
10. Continuous Improvement
- Implement best practices across the cluster
- Identify and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency
