Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel
• Supervise all departments including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk and Food and Beverage
• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures
• Manage and motivate the operational team
• Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional service to all guests
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and maximize profitability
• Liaise with other departments to manage guest expectations and resolve any issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a keen focus on guest satisfaction
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
