Where You Will Drive Value
- Gain exposure to multiple areas of plant operations, including milk receiving, cheese production, drying, packaging, and shipping.
- Support projects focused on improving processes, productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
- Partner with Operations employees and leaders to learn various roles and responsibilities throughout the plant.
