Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an Onboarding Product Manager to join our ever evolving team and help shape the future of global commerce. Provides direction to product development and the overall process of the product and services function. Builds products and services from existing ideas and helps to develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers and prospects. Increases profitability of existing products and services to develop new solutions which advance business objectives and client needs. Builds strong working relationships with marketing, sales, support staff, product development and vendors plus senior management and key customers. 

What you’ll own 

• Own and drive the onboarding and activation product strategy and roadmap across Asia markets, ensuring alignment with customer and business goals.

• Lead customer-centric discovery initiatives, using data, insights, and research to identify opportunities, prioritize improvements, and reduce journey friction.

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Revenue, Operations, and Customer teams to define requirements, manage backlogs, and deliver scalable solutions through Agile frameworks.

• Measure and optimize product performance through activation, onboarding efficiency, customer experience, commercial metrics, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

• Lead complex, cross-market product initiatives and facilitate stakeholder alignment to balance regional consistency with local business requirements.

What you’ll bring

• Proven product management experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, or payments environments, with end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle from strategy and discovery to delivery and optimization.

• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, using data-driven insights to improve onboarding, activation, customer engagement, and growth outcomes.

• Skilled in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful product execution and business results.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience within FinTech, payments, merchant onboarding or eCommerce.

• Experience working across Asia-Pacific markets.

• Exposure to onboarding, activation, risk, compliance or customer lifecycle products.

• Experience working in scale-up or high-growth environments.
