Role summary

Lead banking operations across Customer Onboarding, Customer Due Diligence, KYC, and AML processes, combining operational delivery with team coordination. Ensure compliant, high-quality services while supporting team performance and continuous improvement.

Your mission

• Perform and coordinate Customer Onboarding, KYC, AML, and Customer Due Diligence activities.
• Lead, coach, and support team members while balancing workloads and operational priorities.
• Monitor service levels, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and established controls.
• Conduct quality control reviews, manage escalations, and support the resolution of complex cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, prepare performance updates, and participate in service review meetings.

Required Qualifications

• German & English - B2-C1.
• Minimum High school diploma.
• 3–5 years of experience in banking operations, financial services, or another regulated operational environment.
• Experience with KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence, and Customer Onboarding processes.
• Experience coordinating teams and supporting people management activities.
• Experience performing quality control reviews and quality assurance activities.
• Knowledge of banking regulatory compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• French and/or Italian language skills.
• Experience in managed services, outsourcing, or shared services environments.
• Experience supporting multilingual banking operations.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, operational excellence, or Lean methodologies.
• Communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
