您必须为我们的团队带来以下最低技能和经验以被考虑：

1、大学本科及以上学历，2年以上营销策划经验，具备跨区域连锁门店相关经验

2、有较强的策划和策略理解能力，逻辑思维强，脑洞大、有创意，对线下势能有抓热点和借势营销敏锐度

3、具备丰富的用户洞察力，善于从多角度发现、思考问题，具备较强的文案功底和执行能力

4. 善于跨部门沟通，并拥有项目管理的基础经验积累

5、积极乐观、有较强的自我驱动力和解决问题的能力。
