This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with different teams, and balancing both operational support and project delivery responsibilities. If you have an interest in IT Service Management (ITSM), project management, and solving business challenges through technology, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Support the delivery and coordination of IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Assist in managing IT services and operational processes following ITSM best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and help translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Participate in system testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution efforts with internal and external support teams.
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across IT operations and project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global IT teams.

What We Are Looking For

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Intermediate to Advanced English communication skills.
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Basic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to project coordination or project management activities.
• Experience with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL.
• Understanding of requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and operational support activities.
• Knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

Skill Descriptors

Technical Analysis: Knowledge of the concepts, methodologies, and activities in technical analysis; ability to forecast the direction of technical landscape using technical indicators and take collective actions.

IT Environment: Knowledge of an organization's IT purposes and activities; ability to create an effective IT environment for business operations.

Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.

System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
