Über diese Office & Operations Manager Stelle bei Solcoa Industries
Making the Metals Powering the World
Solcoa is building the next generation of American metalmaking, starting with rare earths — the metals of power and motion. We've developed a new chemistry that converts rare earth oxides into high-purity metals — the materials inside every EV, fighter jet, wind turbine, and data center — cleaner, cheaper, and faster than any conventional process. Now we're scaling it to thousands of tonnes of annual production.
The Role — Office & Operations Manager
Keep a fast-moving industrial startup running. You'll own the day-to-day operations of our facility — office, vendors, purchasing support, onboarding, events. You'll be the first person many candidates, customers, and investors meet, and the person the whole team relies on to make problems disappear.
What You'll Do
Run daily office operations: supplies, deliveries, food program, facilities requests, and vendor relationships.
Own purchasing support—place and track orders for parts, equipment, and consumables; chase lead times; reconcile receipts against POs.
Coordinate onboarding for new hires: workspace, equipment, badges, accounts, and first-week logistics.
Manage calendars, travel, and logistics for the leadership team; schedule interviews and customer/investor visits.
Plan team events, all-hands, and visits from customers, investors, and government stakeholders.
Support HR and finance operations, insurance paperwork, invoice processing, and expense management.
Keep the office and common areas organized, stocked, and presentable—and build the systems so it stays that way.
What You Bring

Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and comfort picking up new tools (purchasing, HR, expense systems).
Bias to action—you see a problem and fix it before anyone asks.

Experience at a hardware, manufacturing, or lab-based company.
Exposure to purchasing/receiving, light bookkeeping, or HR administration.
Experience supporting founders or executives directly.
