BlackStone eIT is seeking a responsible and energetic Office Girl to provide support in daily office operations. This role involves assisting with various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general office maintenance and cleanliness.
• Support administrative staff with filing, copying, and document management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist in organizing office supplies and inventory checks.
• Run errands as required to support office needs.
• Support event preparation and setup.
• Assist with basic reception duties including greeting visitors when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum High School education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an office support or similar role is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive with strong organizational skills.
