You Will:

• Provide ongoing assistance to associates in the field of administration;
• Organize office supplies, groceries, and other necessary orders;
• Take care for the office on a daily basis;
• Oversee the company’s fixed assets;
• Report technical office issues to the technical service;
• Prepare office spaces for associates in the office and coordinating associates' access to the office;
• Assist associates during meetings (welcoming and setting up all necessary orders and equipment for the meetings);
• Manage the company’s email inbox and HQ documentation workflow, both internally and externally;
• Collaborate with vendors;
• Coordinate office and administrative invoices;
• Update internal administrative documents;
• Organize business trips;
• Perform tasks requested by the Direct Manager and cooperate with other departments.

Desired Experience: 

• 1 year of professional experience;
• Professional administrative experience preferred;
• Great communication skills, customer focus and strong problem solving skills;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Positive attitude, openness to challenges, ability to work independently and with the team members;
• Strong motivation focused on service delivery in the administrative department;
• Polish - advanced level;
• English - intermediate level;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
