• Oversee the full lifecycle of OFCI packages — from procurement through delivery, installation, and commissioning — ensuring integration with the overall construction programme.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and commissioning teams to drive alignment and support seamless project delivery.
• Lead regular coordination meetings with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication.
• Track and report on OFCI progress, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to prevent or resolve contractual and operational disputes.
• Ensure all vendor-supplied equipment meets technical, safety, and quality standards prior to installation.
• Maintain strict adherence to client confidentiality, data security, and project compliance requirements at all times.

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with an M&E contractor, ideally on mission-critical or large-scale projects.

• Proficient in both Primavera P6 and MS Project, with the ability to drive efficient delivery and reporting.
• Experience managing vendor-supplied electrical or mechanical equipment.
• Experience handling package delivery through installation and commissioning.
• Experience working on live data centre builds.
• Experience in safety-critical installation environments and working to strict technical compliance standards.
• Experience acting as the main point of contact across project stakeholders.
