Licensed Occupational Therapist / Hand Therapist (Full-time)  

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient 

Location: Sparta, NJ

 
Compensation Range: $80,000-$100,000 per year

Additional compensation: This position is also eligible for bonus and student loan repayment

As an Occupational Therapist at Ivy Rehab, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by helping patients regain confidence, restore function, and get back to the activities they love. From post-surgical recovery and sports injuries to complex upper extremity conditions, you'll work with a diverse patient population while utilizing advanced, evidence-based treatment techniques. You'll be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team that values clinical excellence, encourages professional development, and empowers therapists to build lasting relationships with patients throughout their recovery journey. You will also have the opportunity to help us continue to build our OT program across Long Island!  

Compensation: 

• $80,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, total experience, CHT cert, etc.) 

• If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). 

• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

What we look for: 

• License or pending license as an Occupational Therapist in the treating state 

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program 

• Eagerness to grow & learn 

• Interest in pursuing CHT cert when eligible (if not already obtained)
