Role Summary
We are seeking a highly collaborative and proactive Project/Program/Focal Manager to lead non- technical project/program/focal in Field operation, the job scope also covers a key liaison between Corporate Functional Teams and local site leadership across China.
This role is primarily responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and enabling the successful deployment of non- technical project/programs/Focal in Field operation, corporate programs, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects across multiple field sites. The position serves as a central point of coordination to align stakeholders, drive execution, remove barriers, and ensure effective communication among corporate functions and local site teams.
The role is not responsible for managing day-to-day functional operations, but rather for supporting and orchestrating initiatives that require coordination across multiple functions, locations, and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will influence without direct authority, build strong partnerships, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities
Non- technical Field project/program/focal, Corporate Initiative Deployment & Site Alignment
- Partner with Field and Corporate Functional Leaders and Site Managers to facilitate the deployment of FSO focal, corporate programs, strategic initiatives, non-technical projects, and business priorities across multiple China sites.
- Liaison with Field and corporate functions and local site leadership to ensure alignment, communication, and effective execution.
- Track implementation progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively facilitate resolution of execution challenges.
- Support activities related to Field office establishment, registration, and other corporate initiatives as needed.
Cross-Functional Program & Project Management
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives involving Filed, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Security, EHS, Corporate Affairs, and other support organizations.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
- Build alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities to achieve shared objectives.
Audit & Compliance Coordination
- Support Field internal audits, compliance reviews, and related assessment activities.
- Facilitate engagement among relevant stakeholders to ensure Field audit readiness and effective execution.
Support Government & External Stakeholder Engagement
- Support coordination with government agencies, industry organizations, and external stakeholders.
- Support & Coordinate Executive Field site visits, leadership meetings, government interactions, and external event logistics.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective stakeholder management.
Facilities & Infrastructure Project Coordination
- Support Corporate Facilities teams and local site leadership to oversight facility-related initiatives, infrastructure projects, and workplace improvement programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Corporate Services, Field operation, CE management, Site management, Business Operations, Legal/Finance Operations, or related fields.
- Experience working in multinational corporations and highly matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs and driving results through influence rather than direct authority.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and coordinate across diverse functions and geographic locations.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
